Terms of Service

By accessing Cara o Sello (“the Platform”, “we”, “our services”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, stop using the Platform.

We may amend these terms at any time; continuing to use the Platform after updates means you accept them.

To use the services you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
• Not reside where online gambling is prohibited.
• Not be self-excluded or on exclusion lists.
• Provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials.

3.1 Registration:

• Only one active account per user.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

3.2 Verification: we may request KYC documents at any time. Failure to comply can lead to suspension.

3.3 Suspension/termination: we may suspend accounts for suspected fraud or breach of these terms.

4.1 CSG tokens: digital entertainment chips, not currency or financial instruments.

4.2 Acquisition: purchased via crypto deposits for use solely within the platform.

4.3 P2P exchange: we connect users peer-to-peer, do not set exchange rates nor act as financial intermediaries.

4.4 Disclaimer:

• We are not responsible for monetary transactions between users.
• We do not guarantee secondary market value.
• Users must comply with local currency/exchange laws.

4.5 Compliance: the platform operates as decentralised entertainment, not a financial institution.

All games utilise provably fair SHA-256 hashing. Outcomes can be independently verified using server and client seeds.

Betting limits: set daily, weekly and monthly limits. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

Supported networks: Arbitrum One (primary), Arbitrum Sepolia (testing) and legacy BSC support.

Confirmations: Arbitrum One (1), Sepolia (2), BSC (15).

Withdrawals: typically within 24h, may require additional verification, 10 CSG minimum equivalent. Gas fees are borne by the user.

AML: wager at least the deposited amount prior to withdrawing. We may request source-of-funds evidence.

Bonuses are governed by specific terms. Abuse may result in forfeiture and account closure.

Strictly prohibited:

• Bots or automation.
• Exploiting system bugs.
• Multiple accounts.
• Using VPN/proxy to bypass restrictions.
• Money laundering or false information.

All content (designs, code, assets) belongs to Cara o Sello and is protected by IP law. Reproduction without consent is forbidden.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses due to technical interruptions. Total liability is limited to your account balance.

Contact support first (response within 14 business days). If unresolved, disputes go to binding arbitration.

These terms are governed by international principles applicable to decentralised blockchain platforms without reference to conflict-of-law rules.
